Boiling is a springboard for impatient initiators — those who want to roll up their sleeves right away. Boiling is a tool that can be used by various organisations and is considered the munitions room that makes crowdfunding and sourcing faster than ever before!

Boiling Editions

We offer initiators the chance to pitch ideas and get funding directly. Combined with ammunition in the form of e.g. contacts, tips, space and materials from the crowd. Dream big, start small & all that jazz. The best idea takes all donations in its pocket, doubled by our partners. But more importantly, all pitchers get valuable ammunition from the crowd.

The Rules

1. Boiling visitors buy a ticket of €10 to €25 which is a direct donation to the iniatitiator(s)
2. Three or four initiators pitch their idea quickly and visually
3. The audience votes while enjoying live music, drinks & bites
4. All initiatives receive crowd support through the ballot which consists of voting (votes), tipping (tips, contacts, material, space etc) and boiling (helping hands)
5. The winner goes home with all the money donated doubled by our partners.

Trust

Boiling is based on trust. Winners do not have to create a project plan, budget or anything else that (only) works on paper. Instead, they can go completely wild on kickstarting the idea. All they have to do in return is give a presentation at the next Boiling. In the presentation, they show everyone how they used the crowd’s money and ammunition.
